Shipping Policy

Harding Performance orders are shipped via UPS. Harding Performance does not ship with DHL, FedEx or USPS. Domestic freight shipments beyond the limits of UPS are shipped via UPS Freight. International freight shipments beyond the limits of UPS are shipped via the international freight forwarding company which will select the best carrier for the region and time frame allotted. Harding Performance will not ship on a customer’s shipping account. Harding Performance will not deliver without a signature or instruct a carrier to “leave on porch” or otherwise.

Privacy Policy

1. Harding Performance will periodically contact our customer database to provide current customers with product information about new products, company events, services and news. We will immediately honor any request to be removed from any email list.

2. Harding Performance also maintains subject specific email lists that focus our contacts to subjects for sub-sets of our customers and fans. Most of these lists are permission based and generated because of a request to subscribe, however occasionally we may add some customers to a specific list for reasons of a prior purchase, a prior request for related products or services or mandatory distribution (ie: dealer updates for our product resellers).

3. Harding Performance will not share our contact list with 3rd parties to allow them to email content generated by the 3rd party. Harding Performance does use a 3rd party email service to contact customers with Harding Performance generated content only and selects this 3rd party based on their services, security and other benefits.

All content included in Harding Performance’s literature and website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Harding Performance or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Harding Performance and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of Harding Performance or its software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Trademarks

Harding Performance LLC, hardingperformance.com, hardingperformance.com graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks, registered trademarks or trade dress of Harding Performance in the U.S. and/or other countries. Harding Performance's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Harding Performance’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Harding Performance. All other trademarks not owned by Harding Performance that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Harding Performance.

License and Website Access

Harding Performance grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Harding Performance. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Harding Performance. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Harding Performance without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Harding Performance's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Harding Performance. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Harding Performance. You may not use any Harding Performance logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.

New Parts Return Policy

You may return your purchases of stocking items to Harding Performance for refund or exchange, excluding shipping expenses within 30 days of invoice date. Harding Performance will not accept any items that have been installed, modified or damaged and items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. To make a return, contact Harding Performance for return approval and shipping information.

Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and completed. Any items not normally stocked for sale by Harding Performance would be considered a special order. Special ordered items including custom Harding Performance products or products from its suppliers cannot be returned. Once the order is placed and your 50% deposit is retained, it cannot be cancelled after customization of a product has occurred.

Refunds

All approved refunds will be paid either by a company check or account credit corresponding to original method of payment. Refunds are generally issued within 2-3 business days but may take up to 30 business days of being approved for refund.

Damage Claims

Harding Performance insures all products shipped to cover any incidental damage incurred during shipment. Please notify Harding Performance immediately and properly document damage as soon as possible. Damage notification must be made within 2 business days of delivery. For best results, do not accept a shipment if it appears to be damaged upon delivery. Refuse the shipment and contact Harding Performance immediately. In the event of damage, Harding Performance will issue a claim and the shipper will pick up the product at the original ship to location. The damaged product must be in its original packaging with all components for inspection. Replacement merchandise will be sent out once the damage claim is in the possession of Harding Performance. If replacement merchandise is required more quickly, the customer may purchase a second part to be sent out immediately at their cost and when the damaged merchandise is returned to Harding Performance a credit can be made.

Method of Payment

Harding Performance accepts credit card, wire transfer, USPS money orders and certified checks as payment and prepayment on all orders. For more expeditious shipments and deliveries payments should be made by credit card in the Harding Performance online store. 

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments (without prior approval) are automatically subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. Orders that are undeliverable and/or re-shipped to the customer are subject to shipping charges (at normal shipping rates) and/or restocking fee of 20%.

New Parts Warranty

Harding Performance manufactured parts are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the purchase date and are not transferable.  Harding Performance does not warranty parts that are made by other manufactures.  Refer to the manufacturer for warranty information.  This warranty starts upon shipment from Harding Performance to the end user or upon shipment by an approved dealer to the end user.

Harding Performance warranty excludes but is not limited to:

1. Damage due to improper use or installation.

2. Physical damage from impact, crash, road debris, or use of improper cleaning products.

3. Physical alteration or modification.

4. Damage from racing or other high-speed use.

5. Shipping damage – refer to damage claim policy.

6. Collateral damage from another product failure.

7. Normal wear and tear.

Harding Performance’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of its product. To make a warranty claim, Harding Performance must be contacted within the warranty period and the part must be returned within 10 days from contact, freight prepaid. 

All items must be inspected and approved for warranty coverage. Items covered under warranty will be returned to you freight collect. It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that all of the components are correct before installation. We assume no liability for any errors made in tolerances, component selection, or installation. 

There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties, which extend beyond the description of the face hereof. Where required by law, implied warranties or merchantability and fitness are limited to a term of 1 year from the date of original purchase.

Right of Service

Harding Performance, LLC reserves the right to refuse sales or service to anyone, at any time, for any reason without explanation.

Missing or Incorrect Orders

In the event of missing components or incorrect order fulfillment, contact Harding Performance within 2 business days of receipt of shipment. Harding Performance will correct or fill the order correctly within 2 days if at all possible, with no shipping charges.

Installation of Products

Harding Performance strongly recommends that a trained professional install all parts. Improper installation of any part may void the warranty (if any), cause injury or death or damage to your engine or parts.

Emission and OEM Warranty Statement

Some products sold at Harding Performance may void the warranty (if any) of the vehicle on which you are installing the parts. Some parts may have an adverse effect on emissions and may not be legal for sale in certain states including California. International customers are responsible for local emissions laws where applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with local, state, federal laws, and manufacturers, as well as service departments before ordering any products from Harding Performance.
